We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Security Implementation Lead to join our team!

As a Security Implementation Lead, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the security landscape at Banqsoft. Your key duties will involve leading the implementation of security projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, DORA), and safeguarding our digital and physical assets.

What does the role look like?

• Develop and implement security strategies that support business goals and compliance requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and suggest appropriate mitigation strategies
• Lead and manage security projects from start to finish
• Continuing to improve and develop IAM in Banqsoft
• Be security mentor for teams across Banqsoft
• Collaborate closely with Legal & Compliance, People & Culture and other departments to integrate security seamlessly
• Develop and maintain incident response plans
• Conduct internal training and awareness sessions on security best practices
• Continuously review and improve security policies and processes

Are we a great match?

To master the role of Security Implementation Lead we believe that you have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Extensive experience in leading security implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation techniques
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong alignment with our Employee DNA

It’s great if you have (but not a must!):

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP
• Experience leading a team of security professionals
• Background in working with incident response planning and execution
