  • Mostly! The application, assessments and communication are all handled digitally. We aim to meet face to face at least once during the interview process, most often during the second interview but sometimes earlier if that works better. We believe meeting in person helps both sides get a better sense of each other and supports a more well rounded hiring decision.

  • Yes, definitely. Job descriptions describe our ideal candidate, but we know no one is perfect. If you think you’d be a good fit and are excited about the role – go ahead and apply!

  • Yes, we always aim to get back to everyone who applies. Regardless of the outcome, you’ll hear from us, either with an update or a final decision. We know it takes time and effort to apply, and we want to respect that.

  • We want you to feel comfortable being yourself. Take some time to read up on the role and our company, reflect on your experiences that relate to the position and think about what made you interested in applying. And don’t hesitate to ask us questions too – interviews are a two-way conversation.

  • No, we don’t use AI to make hiring decisions or reject candidates. Some steps in the process are automated, like scheduling interviews or using screening questions in the application form, but every decision about who moves forward is made by a human.
