The Recruitment Journey
We know that applying for a job can feel like a big step, so we want to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. While the exact steps may vary depending on the role, timing, and other factors, we actively monitor timelines to keep things moving efficiently. Our goal is always to make your experience as seamless and positive as possible!
Here’s what you can expect when you apply:

After you apply, we’ll review your application and responses to our automated screening questions. This helps us understand how your skills and experience match the role.

If we’re a good match, we’ll invite you to a first interview with the hiring manager. This is a chance for us to learn more about you - and for you to ask us anything!
Next, you’ll complete a psychometric and logical assessment, and for some roles, a case presentation may also be part of the process.
In the second interview, we’ll dive deeper into your experience, your way of working, and what it’s like to be part of Banqsoft.

If everything goes well, we’ll ask for your references, and for some roles, a more extensive background check may also be required.
Once this is completed and all looks good, we’ll be excited to send you a formal job offer and welcome you to Banqsoft! 💙🎉

Mostly! The application, assessments and communication are all handled digitally. We aim to meet face to face at least once during the interview process, most often during the second interview but sometimes earlier if that works better. We believe meeting in person helps both sides get a better sense of each other and supports a more well rounded hiring decision.

Yes, definitely. Job descriptions describe our ideal candidate, but we know no one is perfect. If you think you’d be a good fit and are excited about the role – go ahead and apply!

Yes, we always aim to get back to everyone who applies. Regardless of the outcome, you’ll hear from us, either with an update or a final decision. We know it takes time and effort to apply, and we want to respect that.
