We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Executive to join our Banking & Credit Services team at Banqsoft. This is a senior-level role with responsibility for driving growth and deepening Banqsoft’s impact across the Nordic banking market.

What does the role look like?
- Drive new business opportunities within the Nordic banking sector, end to end, from prospecting to signed agreement.
- Build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and lead sales strategies tailored to complex customer needs and long sales cycles.
- Represent Banqsoft at industry events, roundtables, and client meetings across the region.
- Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business and industry trends.

What you bring:
- A strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record in solution selling to banks or financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of the Nordic banking landscape. You know the players, challenges, and opportunities.
- A well-established network within the banking or fintech industry.
- The confidence and presence to engage with senior stakeholders and present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles.
- Knowledge of data-driven selling or using analytics to inform sales strategies.
- Experience working with large banking clients or managing enterprise-level deals is a strong advantage.
