As we are constantly growing and developing, we are currently looking for an Advisory Software Developer to join our development team in Asset Finance. As part of our Asset Finance team, you'll help businesses unlock growth by providing innovative financing solutions for essential assets like vehicles and equipment. As a market leader in the Nordics, collaborating with some of the largest car brands, and powering the majority of all Nordic financed cars, you’ll play a key role in creating solutions that make these assets more accessible, enabling clients to achieve ambitious goals and drive lasting success.

What does the role look like?

• Design and architect a back-office applications using .NET and C#
• Mentor development teams to ensure the implementation of best practices in software development
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of applications
• Oversee the development process, from initial design to deployment and post-launch support
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high code quality
• Occasionally contribute to the development process to ensure optimal functionality and performance

Are we a great match?

To master the role of Advisory Software Developer we believe that you have:

• Proven experience as a Senior/Advisory Software Developer, Software Architect, or a similar role
• Strong expertise in .NET and C#
• Experience in designing scalable and secure architectures
• Experience in REST, Git, Azure DevOps, T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent English & Polish skills, allowing efficient communication in an international environment
• Experience in financial or banking sector is a big plus
• Strong alignment with our Employee DNA
