We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our SaaS Ops Credit Management Team in Gdańsk.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining our SaaS solutions for customers across the Nordics and beyond. Your key duties will involve ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our platforms, as well as driving automation and process improvements.

What does the role look like?

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments
• Perform system maintenance and software upgrades (in-house and third-party)
• Implement GitOps practices for automated deployments and installations
• Develop scripts to drive automation and efficiency
• Monitor systems and ensure observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines for improved delivery speed and quality
• Apply security best practices, manage secrets, and ensure compliance
• Plan and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident response

Are we a great match?

To master the role of Senior DevOps Engineer we believe that you have:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Azure infrastructure
• Experience with DevOps tools and principles (e.g., Git, CI/CD)
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT/engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Customer-focused and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills, a structured and quality-driven work style, and a genuine curiosity for new technology
• Strong alignment with our Employee DNA

It’s great if you have (but not a must!):

• Knowledge of monitoring tools, security best practices, and scripting languages
• Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident postmortems
