This is a hybrid role where you’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, delivering solutions that support credit process and customer onboarding (Credit Scoring, AML, KYC) for both new and existing clients. You’ll work closely with clients across digital banking, leasing and asset financing, contributing to how they onboard customers and manage credit processes.

As part of our Asset Finance team, you'll help businesses unlock growth by providing innovative financing solutions for essential assets like vehicles and equipment. As a market leader in the Nordics, collaborating with some of the largest car brands and powering the majority of all Nordic financed cars, you’ll play a key role in creating solutions that make these assets more accessible, enabling clients to achieve ambitious goals and drive lasting success.

What does the role look like?

• Participate in client dialogues to secure and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.

• Work on projects involving client deliveries, product development, test processes, analysis, and specifications.

• Participate in the full solution lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration, technical implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve our portfolio offerings.

What you’ll bring to the table:

Required:

• A few years of relevant experience in (consulting, banking, asset financing, or system related roles).

• Fluent in English and Norwegian (written and spoken)

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

It’s great if you have (but not a must!):

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.

• A solid understanding of financial products and processes.

• Experience with data and database schemas, SQL, or APIs (XML/JSON).

• Curiosity and drive for innovation and creative problem-solving.

• Interest in the credit process and AML/KYC domain

• Good theoretical insight and software development skills – C#.
