Marketing Manager
Who we’re looking for!
We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join Banqsoft and support our continued growth in Europe, with a particular focus on strengthening our presence in Poland.
This is a senior individual contributor role, where you will shape and execute marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact—through demand generation, digital performance, and clear market positioning. You will work in close collaboration with Sales and the broader go-to-market organisation, contributing to pipeline growth while remaining firmly rooted in marketing execution, campaigns and messaging.
The role is based in Gdańsk, where we see increasing business activity and an important foundation for future growth. While Poland is a key priority, you will also contribute to marketing initiatives across other European markets depending on business needs and priorities.
You will be part of a small and focused team, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and one additional colleague. This means a high degree of ownership, short decision paths, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on both priorities and outcomes.
We are not looking for a specific number of years of experience, but for someone who brings professional maturity, sound judgement, and the confidence to work independently. You take ownership, prioritise effectively, and contribute proactively—both to business outcomes and to the team around you.

What does the role look like?
Strengthen and continuously improve Banqsoft’s digital presence (web and social, including LinkedIn), using data and insights to optimise performance over time
Plan and execute digital marketing activities such as campaigns (e.g. Google Ads), newsletters, and content initiatives—applying a structured “measure, learn, improve” approach
Support marketing activities in Poland while contributing to broader European initiatives, depending on business priorities and capacity
Work closely with Sales to align messaging, targeting, and campaign execution—contributing to improved lead quality and more effective commercial outcomes
Own and execute demand generation initiatives to support pipeline growth across Europe, with a particular focus on Poland—through campaigns, digital channels, and targeted activities
Package and communicate Banqsoft’s offerings into clear and consistent customer-facing messaging and marketing assets, supporting stronger positioning across markets
Use AI-supported tools and workflows to improve the speed and quality of marketing execution (e.g. research, content development, and analysis), while maintaining strong judgement, accuracy, and brand consistency
