We’re growing, and now we’re strengthening our sales team. We need someone who can open doors and close deals.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business across our two core domains: Digital Banking and Credit Services. You will own the full sales cycle - from identifying the right opportunities to signing agreements that matter. This isn’t about volume. It’s about the right conversations with the right people, turning real business problems into commercial outcomes.
You will report to the Business Area Manager for Banking & Credit Services and work closely with product and delivery teams. You will also collaborate with other business units and their sales teams to identify and drive cross-selling opportunities across Banqsoft’s full portfolio.
We don’t need a specific number of years on your CV. We need someone with commercial drive, credibility in senior dialogues, and the ability to move complex opportunities forward.
What does the role look like?
Drive new business opportunities within Digital Banking and Credit Services across the Nordic market
Build and own a qualified sales pipeline that meets defined revenue targets
Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders in banks and financial institutions
Identify customer business problems and turn them into concrete sales opportunities
Lead consultative sales processes from first conversation to signed agreement
Handle RFIs, RFPs, and commercial proposals - owning quality, risk, and profitability
Lead pre-sales activities including solution positioning and pricing models
Work closely with product and delivery to ensure what we sell is what we can deliver
Represent Banqsoft in key customer and market dialogues
Contribute to pipeline growth across both new and existing customers
Bring personal engagement to the team - share knowledge, influence innovation priorities based on real sales cases, and help make Banqsoft an inspiring place to work

You are good at:
Understanding what the customer really needs - not just what they ask for
Navigating decision processes involving multiple stakeholders
Connecting customer challenges to solutions we can actually deliver
Closing with commercial drive and sound judgement
Turning leads into signed agreements
Experience and a relevant network within Digital Banking, Credit Services, or both is a strong advantage. So is a background from enterprise software, fintech, or technology-driven services. You are comfortable working with defined KPIs around revenue, TCV, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.
