🔎 For over 7 years, I supported teams across tech and business, helping developers, engineers, analysts, and managers find roles where they could truly thrive. Working closely with HR, Finance and Operations inspired me to explore how well-designed processes, data and structure drive business effectiveness.

📝 Today, I’m transitioning into the Finance area - building on my experience in Payroll administration, compliance, and cross-department coordination. I enjoy working with data, improving workflows, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations that support both the organization and its people.
